With the poses and movements that we make during yoga and hula hoop, we automatically target the area’s where much female energy tends to get stuck: the hips, belly and chest. So let’s hoop and stretch yourself free, including a heart-opening cacao-drink to stimulate the whole journey.

The morning will be lovingly and professionally guided by us. We understand like no other that a journey through area’s in the body that get “stuck” requires tender attention and care.

Completely new to yoga and/or hula hooping? No problem at all! This workshop is designed for all levels, so also for yours. We’ll take special attention to make sure that the workshop fits you.
